It all started when...
Victor Cucinotta Sr. launched Interstate Mat Corp. in 1974 in South Easton, Massachusetts to provide a long-lasting business for his family. His son, Victor Jr. joined him six months later, then took over as owner in 1980.
His son Brian became an owner in 2005, and his daughter, Cindy as well as his sons Billy and Michael are also involved in the business. Victor Jr. continues to provide strategic leadership around current plans and future goals with emphasizing that Interstate Mat has been successful because of the caring, long-time employees they’ve gathered around them which their clients benefit from. Over the past few decades, Interstate Mat has grown into a full-service mat, runner, and flooring covering manufacturing company. Offering hundreds of products made from rubber, vinyl, and recycled materials that cater to the Industrial, Commercial, Beauty, Medical, Hospitality, Educational, and Sports (Gym) markets.
